Pre-Engineering (two year) class to students who meet criteria.Pre-Algebra and Algebra I to students who meet criteria.A choice of two World Languages, Italian or Spanish in grade 8.STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for all students.An interactive white board in each middle school classroom.The Middle School programs which will be provided to choice students include but are not limited to: Logan’s teachers know all students the school counselor works as a team with the middle school principal to provide academic and educational support an I &RS (Intervention and Referral Service) Team meets regularly to review data and suggest interventions and the district administrators work as a cohesive unit to maximize the many resources this proud district has available for its students. This small school learning environment allows the middle school child to find “their niche” which does not always occur for an adolescent in a larger learning environment. Logan Township School District operates a middle school of approximately 300 students with a wide range of opportunities while still maintaining small class size.
The district believes that this will be beneficial to the fortunate student who applies and get accepted, due to Logan’s unique small learning environment. CHOICE PROGRAM Logan Township School District has one open student seat in 6th, 7th or 8th grade for the 2022-2023.
